4 months and advice needed....

LOOK HOW MUCH I'VE GROWN!

Lenah was 4 months last week, Sorry I just got around to taking a picture of her at 4 months... I kept forgetting! I think I've already written this, but here it is again. She is 14 lb. 8 oz. and 24 inches long. She is growing great! She is eating her rice cereal and LOVING it! Honestly I think she does better and better with it every day.
I forgot to ask the Dr. the other day, so I will ask for a little advice but how many times should I be feeding her her cereal? I've only been doing it once in the evening, but honestly am not sure if I should be doing it more? Bottles seem to be holding her over, she doesn't cry any earlier than 3 hours for them and she is obviously growing fine on mostly bottles... just curious what everyone else out there does! Thanks in advance! :)

oh no! I'm 4 months already!!!  : )
2 months 10 lb. 7 oz.
Just home from the hospital.... 5 lb. 3 oz. She was so tiny!!!

Wow! When you see those pictures you can see right b/f your eyes just how fast they grow! She is just precious, Jen!
Cereal....I remember asking the boys pediatrician that same thing. She told me that the cereal was just a 'learning' type of thing to teach them how to eat. They donot need it for nutritional purposes! Hope that helps! As she gets bigger just introduce more! fruit b food in with the cereal! I usualy started in the am for breakfast too once they got used to it. Hope this helps! Hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving!

Hey Jen, my doc said to start cereal once a day and then you can do it twice a day. I usually did it after his morning bottle and then at night before his bath. I added fruit to it too and Carter loves it when I mix it will apple juice...helps with his constipation. :)
