Well, our weekend consisted of a date night for Alex and I. and an ear wax candle party! I know, we are disgusting... : ) But you really should try it, its really fun! And totally absurd what comes out of your ears, I wont even get into that! Anyway...
Friday night Alex and I got a sitter (very last minute) and decided we needed a night out. So we went out for dinner just the 2 of us, then met up with some friends. It was so nice to just have some adult time!
Then Saturday night we had our lil party! Dave and Christy and Don and Nicole came over. Once Lenah went to bed we did ear candles. You just light them and have someone cut off the "ashes" into a bowl of water as you go. It takes about 5 mins per ear and it really works! (trust me, we were doubtful) So much fun and so many laughs!

Lenah's new thing is sucking on icecubes in her little mesh bag thing. She loves it but gets SO wet! (we usually put a bib on her, but I forgot this time!) But we still usually end up having to change outfits. But hey, it keeps her entertained and happy!
Our messy little eater! She likes to try to grab the spoon, so we will give her her own spoon if she does, that keeps her away from our spoon so we can feed her!

That looks rather interesting:-) Lenah is growing like a weed. She looks like she has so much personality now and it appears to be a GREAT one!! She still looks just like her Daddy. I am still searching for that glimmer of Mom in her;-) It is in there somewhere, I just know it! I am still not sure where I am in Maddi, but the older she gets, I do believe that she may get her patience and attitude from me. That could be kinda scary!! Take care and give Lenah some lovin' from all of us.
