well, we've made it to Florida! The weather is BEAUTIFUL! We got in yesterday afternoon and when we finally made it to the resort it was still sunny and 80's (at around 4:00ish). So we took a little walk to the beach, which is about 1/2 mile away. not as close as we had thought, but we are directly on the pool which is where we will spend most of our time anyway.
The resort so far is amazing and we are lovin it! Our villa is awesome and is in the perfect location, we honestly couldnt have picked a better one! I will try to take a few pics this week of that too. :)
The flight went well and we were incredibly greatful to the airline people that checked us in. The lady was checking us in and said, "hold on a minute" and got on the phone. When she hung up she told us we were leaving in 1/2 hr instead of an hour because she had gotten us a non-stop flight!!!!! (we originally had a 2 hour layover in Detroit and werent arriving in FL until 6pm, but we got here at 2!) It was so nice of her!
Lenah did well on the flight considering she had an ear infection. She was a little fussy, but overall did very well. And she is loving it here! I think she is feeling much better and she LOVES to be outside so she's doing great!

She likes the kiddie pools with little fountains etc. and the lazy river. We have more pics of these, but they are on the underwater camera.

Dont mind the squinty eyes or lack there of eyes (lenah) it was very bright! :)

Glad you made it there safely!! Thanks for the update:-) Everyone looks happy. The weather looks wonderful! I am jealous! It, once again, looks like we have lake front property. It has rained so much that everything is puddled up everywhere! So in other words, be glad that you are there and not here!!! Enjoy your week and think about us here drowning in the rain water while you are enjoying all that sunshine:-)LOL!
